All of our products are made to order and shipped as they’re produced, wrapped in Evertwelve-branded packaging, and we plan to offer gift wrapping soon.

We charge a flat rate of $5 for the first item and $2 for each additional item in your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Not always. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, items in the same order may ship separately from different production facilities. You'll receive a tracking number for each package. All items will arrive within the standard 5-10 business day delivery window.

We accept returns within 30 days, with one important exception:

Non-Personalized Items: Return within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Personalized Items: Because our products are customized with your chosen anniversary year, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us immediately at hello@evertwelve.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund—you won't need to return the item.

How to Return: Email hello@evertwelve.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
